We send all our packages with DHL, normal delivery time is 4-6 working days
We charge SEK 200 for goods not received. If you changed your mind when the package has been sent from us, you must receive the package and send it back to us, otherwise it will be registered as not received and charged automatically.
All packages that leave us are insured. If the package and/or contents are damaged when you receive it, report it immediately to the location. If you have opened the package and discover damage, contact us via: Contact Us
When you return goods to us, you bear the transport risk yourself. If the item should arrive damaged, you can send it back to us so we can send you a new product, the cost of shipping in the case of a broken item is covered by us.
